- All AI evaluation and speech processing are performed on-device via Apple Core ML.
- The app displays Google AdMob ads by default. Users may remove ads via an optional in-app purchase.
- All user data for AI evaluation remains on-device. Only anonymized information may be shared with Google AdMob for ads.

This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized, or sponsored by USCIS. It is an independent study tool based on publicly available materials.
Intellectual Property
All content, AI models, and designs in the app are owned by the developers. Reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Limitations of Liability
The app is provided "as-is." We are not liable for errors, inaccurate results, or damages resulting from use. Results may vary depending on device and usage.
In-App Purchases & Ads
Users may choose to remove ads via an in-app purchase. All ad-free features apply only after successful purchase.
Termination
Access may be suspended for violations of these terms.
