1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pass US Citizenship Test 2026application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of Pass US Citizenship Test 2026. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only

This App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Use the App for commercial purposes, including resale or redistribution
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the App
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, extract, or reproduce the USCIS civics question database for commercial use

3. On-Device AI Processing

The App uses Apple Core ML for on-device speech recognition and AI evaluation of your answers. All AI processing occurs locally on your device:

  • No speech data is transmitted to external servers
  • AI evaluations are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee success in the actual USCIS naturalization interview
  • The accuracy of speech recognition may vary based on accent, device model, and background noise

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads and AdMob's data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ad-Free Option:You may purchase an in-app purchase to permanently remove all advertisements. This purchase is non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to the interface design, graphics, animations, audio, and educational content beyond publicly available USCIS materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the App developer and is protected by copyright law.

The official USCIS civics test questions included in this App are sourced from publicly available U.S. government materials and remain in the public domain. The App's specific presentation, explanations, and supplementary content are proprietary.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • We do not guarantee that use of this App will result in passing your USCIS naturalization interview
  • We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the civics content
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
  • AI speech evaluation results are for practice purposes only and may not perfectly replicate official USCIS interview criteria

Always consult official USCIS resources and qualified immigration attorneys for legal immigration advice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
